MonteLUNA was born from the minds of two tough and determined Colombians.
in front of us who love and believe in our country.

We studied cooking and baking in Medellín; then, pizza in Bogotá with a couple of crazy, very demanding Neapolitan Italians who only knew dough.

Who would have imagined that this was the most important point of the classes?

The sourdough and the matured dough. Then, the grill with two super cool Argentinians, and all the cocktails and barista work with a professor from Cali who loves rock music more than salsa; he's the best at any drink.
